Kerabu Stong with Su Hoon (Thong Fun)

- 3 medium size squid (or follow your preference)
- 2-3 limau nipis/ 8-12 limau kasturi
- 1-2 large onion/ 8 small onion
- 5-15 cili padi (follow your preference)
- 3-5 tablespoon of nampla aka fish sauce
- few Coriander/ parsley
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- Suhun aka Thong Fun(100-200g)

Methods
1) Wash the squid throughly and cut it into small pieces.
2) Cut the onions, cili padi, cherry tomatoes
3) Cook the Suhun/Thong Fun with the Squid
While waiting for it to cook prepare the sauce.
4) Mix the fish sauce/ lime juice / chili padi (taste the sauce is should be sweet sour , spicy and salty (more to salty) if its not enough with the taste add more of it what it has lacked )
5) Take out the Suhun and "bilas" with tap water , died it in a container, let the extra access water out
6) Start Mixing The Sauce & The Suhun add some Parsley on it also

Note:
* The noodles should not be too wet else there wont be any taste on it
*If not enough of taste, you may add more =D make sure you mix everything ya xD

2009 is a year of memories, hatred and love, alot of things happend but i am glad that it happens cos it bring us to a better life and love, lol~

I cherish all my friendship i made throughout these years, even i may not contact you often but i swear i does remember You very much. I mean each of every one of you.

Planning for vacation again.. Should falls on 22nd till 26th December .. Hehe..

Last week(thursday 15th) i went watch Pandorum at GSC MidValley with my boi & some friends, after movie i notice i lost my HP, either it should be stolen by some pick pocket when i was at the toilet washing hands / in the lift.

Anyway what gone has been gone. I'm looking forward for a new phone now.

Bye phone~ Bye memories~ By contact number & Bye smses lastly Bye my lovely pics.. Muaahaha

A lovely friend of mine has been diagnose of stomach cancer, she is in late stage now. She looks fine all the while. It all start with hard to breath and some cough, she is astmatic so this symptoms happens very oftenly. It goes on for a couple of months.

We pester her to go for a check up, she went for an x stray test and the results shown that her lungs got holes thats the reason why she didnt manage to breath, doc advise her to go for breathing test and have a look on her stmouch and doc found out that her breathing was -50% then normal healthy people breathing and her stomuch got limp note/stones.

She had to go for another sugery to test take a sample of it to test. They punch 5 holes on her tummy in order to put the scope inside her tummy. 1 is just below the chest 2 on the left 1 on the right and the last one goes into her navel. It sounded so pain to me when she told me but i feel something is not rite in my tummy~.

I hope everything is fine for her and i wish god answer all our brother and sister prayer "may she get well soon"
